If I order more than one letter to the same address, can you guarantee that they will all arrive together?
We will post letters ordered together on the same day. Please be aware that letters do occasionally get separated in the post and therefore arrive on different days. In these cases we advise you refrain from giving one child their letter until you have received all the letters ordered.
If I order letters for siblings of the same age, living at the same address, will they receive the same letters?
We have two versions of letters for children aged five and under and two versions for children aged six and over, so if letters are ordered for two siblings of similar age, living at the same address, we will send them different versions.

How much does a letter cost?
The NSPCC suggests a donation of £5 per letter but you can increase this amount as much as you like. It costs £4 to answer a call made to ChildLine so every £20 we receive could enable us to answer another 5 calls from children desperate to speak to someone.

What payment methods are accepted?
If you are paying by credit/debit card, the following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Switch/Maestro.
If you would prefer to order by post and you are paying by cheque or postal order please make it payable to “NSPCC Registered Charity”. Please do not send cash in the post.
Why should I Gift Aid my donation?
Gift Aid increases the value of your donation and is one of the simplest and most effective ways of giving to charity. Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give, the NSPCC will receive an extra 28p from the Inland Revenue. This means that a £10 Gift Aid donation is worth £12.80 to the NSPCC.
Please note you must be a UK taxpayer and you must provide your full name and address for your donation to be eligible for Gift Aid.
Will the child’s details be used for anything other than the letters from Santa?
The child’s personal data that you supply will only be retained for as long as is necessary for the purposes of posting the letter from Santa and will then be destroyed.
How will my donation help the NSPCC?
Every donation we receive goes towards supporting vulnerable children in the UK and Channel Islands through our range of services including ChildLine, the NSPCC's free and confidential 24 hour helpline.
Over the 12 days of Christmas last year, over 3,500 children received counselling from ChildLine. However, thousands more brave young people tried to get through but couldn't. Your support will enable us to be there for more children who desperately need someone to turn to this Christmas.
What is the NSPCC?
The NSPCC’s purpose is to end cruelty to children. Our vision is of a society where all children are loved, valued and able to fulfil their potential. Most of our work is with children, young people and their families. We also work to achieve cultural, social and political change - influencing legislation, policy, practice, public attitudes and behaviours and delivering services for the benefit of young people.
What is ChildLine?
ChildLine is the UK's free, 24-hour helpline for children in danger or distress. Trained volunteer counsellors comfort, advise and protect children and young people. The NSPCC and ChildLine have now formally joined together in a move that will ensure even stronger services and a more influential voice for children and young people.
