What will I receive?

You will receive the option to personalise your greeting message, select one of our nine photos, as well as adding your own personal message. In addition your company logo will appear next to the NSPCC and ChildLine logos.

Your eCard will be delivered to you within three working days. We will also include a 'how to' guide which has clear instructions on how to add your Christmas eCard into your email.

How do I order a corporate eCard?

1. Choose the eCard you wish to purchase

Choose which of the nine eCards you would like to purchase. Once you have made your choice, click on the Buy Now option.

2. Create your Corporate eCard

Complete the six steps to create your eCard on the Create your corporate eCard page. Please note that all steps are required.

3. Review and preview your Corporate eCard

Once you have completed all the steps to create your eCard, select Continue to preview your eCard. From here, you can go back to Edit your ecard, or you can proceed to Buy your eCard. You can also copy the URL for your previewed card, and send it to the budget holder for sign off.

4. Buy your eCard online

Once you are happy with the layout of your eCard, you can purchase it now via our secure online payment form. You can pay by credit card or request to be invoiced. You can also make an additional donation if you like at the same time.

When will I receive my corporate eCard?

Once you have chosen your payment option your eCard will be delivered to you within three working days

Please note: Your eCard will need to be verified to ensure that any message you include adheres to NSPCC communications and brand guidelines. This process will take up to two working days. The NSPCC reserves the right of refusal to grant the purchaser access to an eCard which contains messaging that may be offensive, defamatory or illegal generally or specifically to the NSPCC’s code of ethics. In this instance, the NSPCC will refund your payment in full.

How do I send my corporate eCard?

You will receive a bespoke HTML email that you can forward out using your in house email system (we will include a 'how to' guide explaining clearly how to do this).

What if my company logo is bigger than the dimensions specified?

Logos will be re-sized automatically at the design stage. Should your logo still not appear as it should we will be able to resize it manually once you have submitted your order.  Please ensure you check the tick box.

What if I want my eCard to come from more than one person?

If you would like your eCard message to be from more than one person, you can:

• Enter the name of the head of your company or organisation, followed by ‘…and all at [company name]’ in the Name field
• Enter up to two names as signatories in the Name field

What if I want my eCard to come from the company as a whole, and not from any specific person(s)?

Simply leave the Name field blank.
